Certiore is a Patient-Nursing Staff communication system that uses the most traditional, safe, and effective method of illustrating a room call to the nursing control: "following the light and multitone and multicadence sounds", with state-of-the-art hardware equipment, with distributed intelligence, and powerful software that feeds a touch device, located in the Nursing Control, that visualizes and prioritizes all active alerts simultaneously until they are attended to, generating all kinds of reports of call counts and types, time they occur, and also making all this information available to hospital management in real-time and remotely.
Its operation is based on following the light and coded alert sound, making it possible for any nursing professional, located in the control or mobilized, to immediately go to the room that generated the call. This is achieved thanks to the provision of its Intelligent Pilots, SLR: Multicolor pilot, located at each room door, SLC and SLL: Optical-acoustic signaling pilots, multicolor, located both in the control and in the nursing staff rest areas.
Certiore is the only system on the market that guarantees patient-nursing communication, even with server failures, wireless communication, Ethernet electronics, nursing control equipment. This is because we use distributed intelligence, where each room element knows the possible scenarios in a patient's call and is capable of making its own decisions autonomously. This ensures 100% reliable communication. It allows the integration of analog, conventional systems, with minimal investment. This means that installed systems, of old and analog pushbuttons and pilots, can be digitized and integrated into the Certiore control system.
It has several architectures, ranging from the most basic to the most sophisticated with voice/video call communication, between patients and nursing control.
